At HappyPrint, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return, exchange, and refund policy for all physical products.
Returns & Refunds
Physical Products (Shirts & Canvases)

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

If you change your mind, you're welcome to return your item within 30 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges (Sizes & Product Variations)

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different product variation, we're happy to help with an exchange.

The original item must be returned in new, unused condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and shipping the replacement item.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Because our canvases are made to order, cancellation requests depend on your order status.

If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once your order is in production or has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
